We have implemented a Quality Management System, structured and registered to ISO 9001:2000 and its technical equivalent ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2000. We are compliant to many areas of the TSI6949 quality system. We update our CMM with the latest software. We believe in continuous training on geometric dimensioning and tolerance for our personnel.
In addition K&S has implemented a progressive lean initiative including a Kanab ordering system s well as value stream mapping, mistake proofing, 5S and d SMED to eliminate waste and control costs. Ultimately that saves our customers time and money.
